Weight Problems

Why are people obese?
People are obese for different reasons:
1. Hormone Imbalance
2. Chemical Imbalance
3. Water Retention
4. Emotional Baggage

Hormone Imbalance:
Hormone imbalance is from having too much distraction in one's life to avoid loving themselves. For some reason in their childhood, they felt guilty or were made to feel guilty for something and won't forgive themselves. They automatically put on weight to hide their guilt.. .finding hiding spots.
Solution:
A small pinch of Celtic Sea Salt on the tongue for a minimum of 10 seconds before drinking water will. find the guilt and remove it from the body. Best to do this technique 3 times a day so that you heal your weight problem.

Chemical Imbalance
Chemical imbalance is from the right brain not fully connected to left brain. It is caused from the DNA structure not aligned properly.
Very much like an improper braid. Sometimes parts of the braid are unevenly divided, or sometimes stray hairs stick out.
Solution:
Visualize your brain in separate halves. Clean each part by removing the dark spots on them to remove the problems in your family tree.
This will fix your DNA. Then put both halves side by side to make your brain whole, so that it is aligned and werking properly.

Water Retention
The body ideally is comprised of 72% water. This is needed for the body to function efficiently. Too much or too little causes imbalance in the physical container.
Solution:
A. If you don't like drinking water, your level is lower, and you need to start feeling emotions that you suppressed. Find your supressed emotions and release them without having to know what exactly they are each time you drink a gulp of water.

B. You are only required to drink 2-4 8oz glasses of water per day. If you drink more than that, you think you're getting healthier, but you're not. You're drowning your feelings and emotions, not addressing them. Cut out the need to swim upriver and be more open and honest with your true feelings and emotions.

Emotional Baggage
People who cannot openly and freely express their feelings and emotions block the flow of life force: They use food to damn up their feelings and emotions because they don't know how to cope with life.
Damning up your feelings and emotions makes you pool up inside and out. You don't like yourself and you find problems with others.
You like to complain but do noting constructive about it. Having the need to switch jobs or careers or partners isn't the solution.
You need to work on yourself, by loving yourself unconditionally.
Stop trying to be what others expect you to be like and more of the person you want to be. Dressing up the exterior is covering up feeling not good enough. Saying that others are the problem is avoiding looking at your own problem.
Solution:
The way to balance yourself inside and out is to see yourself as the person with the problem. Stop blaming it on others. Find your problem and the answer inside of yourself.
