LOVE
I am the Spirit of Love.
I am eternal.
I am beyond words and expressions.
I am the strongest force to change difficult circumstances into joyful ones.
Love is the healing power that removes energies that cause illness, disease, and cancers in humans.
The love for one’s life is work.
All people need to heal to gain knowledge of life’s hardships and medicine.
Love is healing of multigenerational, historical, and current life to make the world grow into a place like paradise.

WISDOM
I am the Spirit of Wisdom.
Wisdom is the common sense applied to everything you do, see, and hear.
It is gained knowledge put in action.
Keep learning more and apply knowledge gained makes wisdom shared a good thing.

COURAGE
I am the Spirit of Courage.
You fight fears of the unknown.
You go to battle for the right reasons.
You do the work required of without stepping on other people’s toes.
You please no work done for greed or money.
You honor work done that changes people’s lives for the better.

TRUTH
I am the Spirit of Truth.
I find the truth in everything and in everyone.
Truth lives in everything and everyone.
Sometimes you must look harder to find it.
It gets covered by lies, deception, belief systems and propaganda.
If people would ask more questions, then truths would be found.
If there is no answer that makes sense, then it is probably an untruth.
People forget to use common sense when it comes to believing things written in books or heard from others or on the internet.
You need to search for the truth and not make assumptions based on someone else’s thoughts.
If you want the truth, look within yourself.

HUMILITY
I am the Spirit of Humility.
Have a work ethic where you appreciate everyone and everything and then you will know me.
I appreciate all and give without expectations.
I see the simple pleasures that life offers, and it makes me happy.

HONESTY
I am the Spirit of Honesty.
I am honest with myself.
I want to be honest with others.
Honesty is a way of being.
It is a way of living.
It is having the truth in everything seen and said in everyday of your life.
For in using honesty as a way of being, others will see, hear and know you as an honest person.

RESPECT
I am the Spirit of Respect.
I have known you since the day you were born.
I was there to teach you to love yourself no matter what others say or do.
Each time in your life where you were not respected is a cycle that repeats itself.
You need to heal from your past for the cycle to end.
Once you experienced disrespect then you begin to better understand yourself.
Once you Respect yourself, you can better respect others.Understanding respect is key in helping others respect themselves from all forms of abuse.
