SELF-HATE
I hate my life.
I hate myself.
So, I am not going to care about myself.
I am not going to care about anything or anybody.
Get the point?
If I self-hate, I have no room for caring about myself, you or anything else.
If I heal from feeling different from everybody else, then I can learn to love myself.
Let me work on that so that I learn to feel special inside for being different.
