PRIDE
I am the Spirit of Pride.
To work so hard, almost giving up but to keep going to get to this point, is pride.The good, bad, and ugly are just parts of the whole that you have to ride to feel pride.
Sometimes pride gets in the way of other people’s right to an opinion that is different than yours.
Sometimes pride hurts other people’s feelings without knowing or caring.
Sometimes pride stops you from listening and learning new ways of doing things.
Sometimes pride stops you from admitting when you made a mistake.
Sometimes pride stops you from seeing that you are no better than others.
Be happy with accomplishments.
Be happy with not giving up.
Be happy that you did the work
Be happy that you made changes even though you didn’t want to.
Be happy that everything turned out better than expected.
To be happy with it all is pride.
