PAIN

I am the Spirit of Pain.

I have hurt you in body because I keep hurts in the body.
Inside the body are areas I can hide every hurt you have not resolved.
I hide until there is no room to put your hurts in.
I can move into a new space.
Or just erupt.
You will notice that I can creep up on you.
Or have you known loud and clear that I am here.
Choice is yours to dispose of your hurts.
Or I will cause non-ending pain.
Release your hurts because keeping them will only bring in more pain.
Pain is from having family history being passed down onto you for removal. Pain is also from denial or refusal to release the energy from negative experiences.
You just find the pain and include family when you remove pain.
