I am the Spirit of Numbness.

I can block feelings that are uncomfortable.
I can take away your joys as well.
I stop you from feeling the bad things that happened in your childhood.
I also take away the good memories.
I make no difference in which feelings you get to keep.
Your mind decided for you.
You want to forget what happened, but it remains in your body.
It does not forget until you are ready to let it go.
To heal is to feel.
You do not need to relive the experience.
You only must release it.
Find the memory in your mind and let it go.
