GUILT

I am the Spirit of Guilt.

You find me doing things to get you doing things you do not want to do.
You have no sense to say “no”.
You give in to demands so easily.
You get angry and frustrated when you do things that you do not want to do but, do them anyway.
When are you going to stand up for yourself?
Please hurry as you might change your mind when your kids come asking for something and you think you are a bad parent if you say “no”.
It is only make-believe.
Guilt has no power either.
You just feed into it.
