CONFIDENCE
I have no belief in myself and in what I can accomplish.
I had it taken away when I was small and weak.
People have no right to criticize or put others down, that is not right, it hurts all and especially children.
Praise works better, there is no lasting damages done.
It takes a long time to gain the confidence lost, but it can be done, just start by taking your power back from those who took it from you without being angry at them, because they had their power taken away and gained confidence by taking it away from others.
The cycle will continue if we do not do it right.
The powerful will rule by stepping on the toes of the weak and many of us do this in our family, work and community.
It is time to stop the cycle of taking away a person’s confidence and build it up instead by finding good things to say to and about a person.
Everyone deserves to have Confidence in themselves, do not take it away from them.
